Holiday Itinerary
Day 1: Luang Prabang

Arrive in Luang Prabang, meet with our guide and transfer to hotel. Visit Royal Palace Museum, the magnificent Wat Xieng thong, the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham.

Day 2: Luang Prabang by bicycle (Cycled 25km) (B,L)

Optional early morning excursion to watch or participate in giving alms of food to hundreds of saffron robed monks passing by with their alms bowls.
This morning our ride will take us to the unspoiled countryside in the valley of Luang Prabang. In the afternoon, enjoy the tranquil world of Kuangsi waterfall, 30km south of the town.

Day 3: Luang Prabang- Heuakeng- Ban Na Po village (Cycled 45km) (B,L)

After breakfast we head north to Heuakeng village where we commence our mountain biking. The route will take us along a roughly paved road for approximately 30 kilometers, along the Nam Xuang River and past numerous hill tribal villages. Continue cycling to Ban Na Po, home to the Lao Loum people.

Day 4: Trekking to Khmu Village ( Trek 5-6 hours) (B,L)

 The morning trek is a bit challenging as we ascend 3 hours to an H’Mong village. lunch and take a walk around the village to interact with the friendly locals. Trek on beautiful trails descending to Khmu Village. Dinner and overnight is at a home-stay.

Day 5: Kayak Luang Prabang. (Trek 2,5 hours- Kayak: 2 hours) (B,L)

The morning trek takes us through hilly terrain which offers up some stunning scenery. Board our boat and enjoy a leisurely cruise down the river to a local village for lunch. Rest and relax with the locals before we climb into our kayaks and paddle the mighty river.

Day 6: Departure (B)
At leisure until the transfer to airport for your departure flight.
